We offer our clients with assistance on any Admiralty claims (both wet and dry) as well as Maritime Litigation. With the growth of the Malta Flag, we have experienced an increased involvement in the arrest of vessels registered under the Malta Flag in both local and foreign jurisdictions. To this extent we have advised clients on Maltese Admiralty Law and issues concerning privileged claims, their respective priority and possible courses of action.
Furthermore, we provide our clients with advice on cargo claims, salvage, towage, loss or damage, enforcement of mortgages, judicial sales and auctions of vessels, as well as bills of lading and contracts of affreightment.
