ELSA Malta is hosting the 3rd edition of the Corporate and Finance Law Conference and Gauci-Maistre Xynou is proud to once again participate as speakers.
The conference will be divided into 2 parts. During the first half, a number of lawyers will be delivering presentations on different aspects of Corporate and Finance Law. These include the Principles of Corporate Governance, the Maltese Corporate tax system, Corporate Insolvency and Fraudulent vs. Wrongful trading. Following the presentations, there will be a short coffee break. The second part of the conference will consist of a panel discussion which will involve a more interactive discussion between a panel of lawyers.
A certificate of participation will be awarded to all attendees. Please note that this event is not restricted to law students.
