The MFSA is organising a Seminar for persons wishing to seek registration for VFA Agents under the proposed Virtual Financial Assets Act, on 25 July 2018 at the Hilton Malta – Portomaso Suite.
This Seminar will provide attendees with an overview of the:
- Authority’s policy on DLT assets;
- Virtual Financial Assets Act, the Malta Digital Innovation Authority Act and Innovative Technology Arrangements and Services Act;
- Virtual Financial Assets Regulations and Rules to be issued under the Virtual Financial Assets Act; and
- Authority’s expectations in relation to VFA Agents.
