The Webinar will take place on Wednesday the 9th of September 2020 at 11:00 am.
In this webinar, the speakers shall be taking us through the numerous hurdles they faced as litigation lawyers in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The speakers will discuss the procedural obstacles faced as a result of the closure of the court, including the pending and suspension of cases, restrictions in proceedings once the court opened & any human rights aspects faced vis a vis the extended length of trials. Students will be given the opportunity to submit their questions after each speaker’s intervention.
We will participate and Dr. Joseph Bugeja on behalf of GMX will be part of the panel.
